No experience required, this is a fun power flow to jump-start your day and invigorate your body. Follow your practice with a delightful beer-mosa, or keep your January dry with a faux-mosa. "I'm so excited to share my practice with you at Rendezvous Junction Brewery! Be sure to grab my favorite beer on tap - the 'Butt Slap!'"
Stephanie is 200 RYT certified ( Registered Yoga Teacher). She began practicing in 2005, fell in love, and has never looked back.
